Description

When a Project Manager attempts to invite a Client from the "Invite User" option, the invitation process fails after selecting the Client role and clicking the "Invite" CTA.

The system displays the following error message:

"You do not have permission to access this resource."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to the agency with a Project Manager account.
2. Navigate to the "Invite User" option.
3. Enter the required details for the user.
4. Select Client as the user role.
5. Click on the "Invite" CTA.
6. Observe the error message displayed.

Test Data

• User Role: Project Manager
• Invited User Role: Client
• Action: Invite User

Actual Result

The invitation fails and the following error message is displayed:

"You do not have permission to access this resource."

The Client invitation is not successfully sent.

Expected Result

The Project Manager should be able to invite a Client if the role-permission matrix grants Client invitation permission to the Project Manager.

If the Project Manager is not authorized to invite Clients, the "Invite User" functionality/Client role selection should be restricted or clearly indicate that the action is not permitted, rather than allowing the user to proceed and returning an authorization error.
