Users can cancel an individual event from the Project Details page. Once cancelled, the event is removed from the active project and moved to Archived Events.

Flow

• User selects Cancel Event.
• Display event summary (Event, Date, Project, Invoice Summary).
• User selects one invoice handling option:
  • No Financial Changes – Cancel the event without modifying the invoice.
  • Edit Invoice / Adjust Balance – Proceed to the invoice editor before completing the cancellation.
• User can choose who to notify (Team Members, Contractors, Client).
• User can add an optional internal cancellation note.
• Display a warning that cancelling the event is permanent.

Expected Behavior

• Cancel the selected event.
• Move the event to Archived Events.
• Remove the event from the active project.
• Send notifications to selected recipients.
• Save the internal note (if provided).
• If Edit Invoice is selected, require invoice adjustments before completing the cancellation.
