Smart Fields – Email Templates, Email Center, Client Contract & Service Agreement
- Add a Smart Fields dropdown to Email Templates and Email Center.
- Add a search bar at the top of the dropdown.
- Organize Smart Fields into proper categories/subcategories as per the approved document.
- Email Templates: Smart Fields should pull data from the Primary Event only.
- Email Center: Smart Fields should pull data based on the specific event/sub-event under the project.
- If multiple Lead Shooters are assigned, displaying all names/rates comma-separated could expose everyone’s pay rates in the email.
- Refine/update the Smart Field tooltips based on the latest prototype.
- If smart fields are used in email templates and that particular template is used in automation than it should pull the data for the primary event wherever applicable
