Description

On the FE-DEV environment, when a contractor accepts an invitation and successfully completes the onboarding process, the system should redirect the user to the Contractor Dashboard. However, the user is instead redirected to the 2FA screen, which appears completely blank.

The 2FA feature flag remains enabled (ON) on the FE-DEV server. After encountering the blank screen, if the contractor accesses the invitation link again, the system successfully redirects the user to the dashboard.

This indicates an inconsistency in the post-onboarding authentication or redirection flow.

Preconditions

1. 2FA feature flag is enabled on the FE-DEV environment.
2. A contractor invitation has been sent.
3. The contractor has not yet completed onboarding.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the contractor invitation link.
2. Accept the invitation.
3. Complete the contractor onboarding process.
4. Submit the onboarding information.
5. Observe the redirection after onboarding completion.

Expected Result

• After completing onboarding, the contractor should be redirected directly to the Contractor Dashboard or to a fully functional 2FA verification screen (if 2FA is required).
• No blank pages should be displayed.
• The authentication flow should complete successfully on the first attempt.

Actual Result

• After onboarding completion, the system redirects the contractor to a blank 2FA screen.
• No UI elements, instructions, or OTP verification fields are displayed.
• When the contractor reopens the invitation link, the system redirects them to the dashboard successfully.
