Photography

This Contractor Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between {Brand Name} ("Company") and {Contractor Name} ("Contractor") as of the date of acceptance by Contractor.

1. Services

The Contractor agrees to provide professional photography services at the following event:

  • Project Name: {Project Name}
  • Event Date: {Event Date}
  • Event Type: {Event Type}
  • Service Type: {Service Type}

Contractor’s responsibilities include photographing the event per {Brand Name}’s standards and providing coverage for up to {Hours of Coverage} hours.

2. Contractor Information

5. Deliverables

  • Contractor will deliver digital photographs in RAW format within [X] days after the event.

6. Independent Contractor Status

The Contractor is engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee of {Brand Name}. Contractor is responsible for all taxes, insurance, and expenses incurred while performing services.

7. Confidentiality

Contractor agrees not to disclose or use any confidential or proprietary information belonging to {Brand Name} or its clients.

8. Ownership & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, {Brand Name} shall retain ownership of the photographs. Any additional licensing arrangements must be agreed upon separately.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state/jurisdiction where {Brand Name} operates.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date of Contractor’s acceptance.

Videography

This Contractor Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between {Brand Name} ("Company") and {Contractor Name} ("Contractor") as of the date of acceptance by Contractor.
